Ingredients: Sarsaparilla root, Dandelion root, Lady's mantle aerial parts, Wild yam root, Chinese peony (white peony) root without bark, Cramp bark or black haw bark (Viburnum spp.), Desert ceanothus root

Other ingredients: water, alcohol, vegetable glycerin, citric acid

Dosing
Luteal Phase: Begin at ovulation and continue until the end of the next menstruation. 

Maintenance support: 2 dropperfuls by mouth two times per day
General support: 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) two to three time per day
Advanced support: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) three times per day

Typically time on the Luteal formula is 17 to 21 days per month and time on the Follicular formula is 7-11 days per month.
