Dosing
Follicular Phase: Begin on the last day of menstruation and continue until ovulation (typically day 14 of cycle).

Maintenance support: 2 dropperfuls by mouth two times per day
General support: 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) two to three time per day
Advanced support: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) three times per day
