Suggest use Take 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) three times per day from the first day of ovulation through the end of menses.  Shake well before using.

Dosing
Luteal Phase: Begin at ovulation and continue until the end of the next menstruation. 

Maintenance support: 2 dropperfuls by mouth two times per day
General support: 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) two to three time per day
Advanced support: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) three times per day

Typically time on the Luteal formula is 17 to 21 days per month and time on the Follicular formula is 7-11 days per month.
